About us:
Glenavon Junior Football Club was formed in 1992 and operates in the Prenton area. We are an FA charter standard club and organise football in a fun and safe environment for young people from the age of 6 upto 18 years old.
We have recently forged links with an open-age men's side, Lancelyn FC, in order to provide a progression for our children once they have completed youth football.
Our home ground is The Glen which is located on Woodchurch Road near junction 3 of the M53. Ages 7 to 16 play their football there.
Nearby we have a facility which our younger players use, the Solly Rec, which we rent from the Scouts.
There are approximately 180 children registered with the club and our coaches, managers and officials are CRB checked.
